Flight Connect Academy is a technology-enabled flight school at Miami Executive Airport (KTMB). We combine structured instruction, simulator preparation, AI-supported learning, and focused aircraft training to help students build proficiency while making every training hour productive.

How we train
Students begin by understanding the lesson objective, preparing with instructor-led ground training, and rehearsing procedures in appropriate simulators. They then apply those skills in the aircraft and finish each lesson with a focused debrief, progress update, and clear preparation plan for what comes next. This structured process is designed to reduce avoidable repetition and make aircraft time more productive.
