We collect the information you provide through the Build My Flight Plan form and other contact forms: your name, email address, phone number, location, training goal, experience, availability, language preference, and any notes you choose to share. We also record technical and marketing attribution data such as referring website and campaign parameters.

We use your information to prepare a training recommendation, to contact you through your chosen channel, to improve our guidance, and to keep a record of your request. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing with training providers
If you ask us to connect you with a training provider, we share only the information needed for that introduction. We tell you before any introduction is made.

We keep lead records for as long as needed to support your request and to meet legal and record-keeping obligations, then delete or anonymize them.
